Edit:
Preferably to have the air horn installed by a trained technician

Installing the Basuri.

Controller.
a. The controller must be continuously powered by 24V on the between the black and red cable.
A common mistake is that the power to the controller itself is also behind the switch.
b. The gray cable ensures that the selected melody is played, for this the gray cable must be connected to the – pole of the battery with the switch in between that you want to use to make the horn go off.

Wiring harness
a. Leave it intact, shortening will not improve the quality.
b. Only connect the horn set with a wire harness that is intact and the cables run from the controller.
We regularly see that the black cable that runs to the 6 coils on the horn set is cut and connected directly to the chassis, this does not work as the control signal from the valves also runs through the black cable.

Air connection
a. The air horn operates at an air pressure of 8 to 12 Bar.
b. Use a 6mm rigid PVC air hose to connect to the quick coupling, if you don't have one, art. KST13UN help you further.
