With this complete set of LED light circuit boards, you can easily change your original white Volvo FH5, FM5, or FH Aero daytime running lights to old-school yellow.
These are only suitable for Volvo FH5 from 2021, FM5, and FH Aero. There are a total of 8 high-power LEDs per set with an output equivalent to the original.

The pcbplates are designed for optimal durability, with powerful high power LEDs placed on aluminum PCBs. The aluminum increases the heat transfer to the heat sinks and ensures maximum life span of the LEDs. The original connectors are used on all pcbplates, so connecting them is straight-forward.

Each set contains four pcbplates and thermal paste for the mounting. There are two pcbplates for each side.

Mounting instructions:
- Tilt the cab
- Remove plastic covers behind the headlights
- Remove the heatsinks from the headlights
- Remove the connectors from the original emitters.
- Remove the pcbplates from the heat-sinks (with small screw driver or knife)
- Remove and clean the thermal paste / grease, so the surface is completely clean.
- Add the included thermal paste in a thin even layer, where the pcbplate is to be placed.
- Push the new pcbplate completely down on the heat sink
- Bend the wings on the board, marked with arrows, so that the board is fastened to the heatsinks
- Connect the pcbplates
- Mount all parts again
