There is a 6 meter cord on the light sources with M8 connectors that connect to the included controller. The controller controls the two colors and automatically switches off the position light when you switch on the strobe light. The controller has a cable of 3 meters. The cable has 4 wires:
Green = Minus
Xenon-White = Plus for white position light
Yellow = Plus for yellow position light
Brown = Plus for strobe light

When it's necessary to cut the cables with M8 connectors during installation, so it is important that this joint get's waterproof connected and that the colors of the wires are properly reconnected.
Mounting:
The light source is not easy to mount, and requires extreme care when opening the lamp. If you are not sure please consult a professional!
The cooling plate must be removed as a screw, clipped and glued. There is a thin flex print inside the lamp, which you can easily cut across. Avoid getting the blade of the knife in too far.
When the heat sink has been removed, the light source must be mounted in the top of the lamp by drilling two holes through which the circuit board is then screwed. A drilling template for the purpose is included.
Finally, you must be very careful when closing the lamp again, to avoid penetrating water and moisture in the lamp.
Troubleshooting:
Before you start
Check that all parts are connected correctly and that all plugs are fully screwed in.
!! You should never connect the LED board directly to 24V, because without a controller the stobelight will burn out.
Determine where the error is:
If only 1 of the LED boards works, try swapping the outputs on the controller to see if the board or the controller is at fault.
Controller not working:
Check the fuse in the controller.
LED PCB does not work:
Check that all wires are connected to the transmitter.
Position light not working:
Check all wires. If all the LEDs on the position light fail, it should be the power supply to the board that is failing.
If only a few LEDs fail, the circuit board is faulty.
Strobe does not work:
Check all wires. If the other transmitter works, try connecting the faulty transmitter to the other output. If the flash still does not fire, the transmitter is faulty.
