Delivery and Return

  What are the shipping costs of my order?

At the bottom of this page you will find a table showing the shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the size of the package and the country to which the shipment will be made.
Above certain order amounts, no shipping costs are charged, this is also stated in the table.

  How is my order shipped?

After your order is prepared for shipment, it will usually be sent as a normal parcel and you will receive a track & trace email so that you can track your parcel.
If your package is sent as a letterbox package / envelope, you cannot follow this shipment.

We have 4 different shipping options

• letterbox package / envelope: for small and cheaper shipments
• Package - this is our most used shipping method for normal shipments
• Long package: For packages that are longer than 120 cm
• Large package: The special category, such as sunvisors etc.

  Can I have my order delivered to a different address than my own?

Yes, that is not a problem.
While ordering you can enter a delivery address in addition to your own address. Your parcel will then be delivered to this address.
Clearly state the name of the person receiving the package. In some countries this otherwise may cause a delay.

Are you almost certain in advance that you cannot be present to receive the parcel? Then we recommend choosing a different delivery address from a family member or friend.

  Will my order be delivered in one go?

It is possible that your order will be sent in multiple parcels. Below some examples:

• A product is not in stock but the rest of your order is
• Your order is too large to ship in 1 package
• Your order contains long products - these are sent separately

  I have not yet received my package, what now?

We recommend that you follow your package properly via the track & trace link that you have received. If the package is on the road for longer than you would normally expect, please contact us!

Pay attention! Sometimes the delivery person can deliver the package to the nearest parcel shop after a delivery attempt.

Letterbox package: maximum 22 x 32 cm - max 0.2 kg
Package: maximum 100 x 70 x 58 cm - max 23 kg
Long Package: maximum 175 x 78 x 58 cm - max 30 kg
Large package: larger or heavier than Long Package
Outside the EU: maximum 100 x 50 x 50 cm - max 20 kg

While we do everything we can to make every customer a satisfied customer, you may not be happy with your purchase.
Your return is organized in a few steps. We do however have a few simple rules regarding return options.

  Can I return my order or part of it?

Yes you can!

You can return:
- within 14 days after receiving your order
- if the product is in unused condition / undamaged
- if it is not a customized item, such as
• Cutting stickers or other stickers made to customer requirements
• Curtain products with combinations made specifically to customer requirements
• Loose fabrics cut to customer size
• Articles that spoil quickly
• Other customized products or products that are clearly intended for a specific person.

  How can I return the goods?

1. Register your return via the return form below
2. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your return notification from us
3. Print the receive a confirmation of receipt of your return notification and send it with the package
4. Make sure your package is well packed and preferably in the original shipping box and send your package to:

Important: the costs for returning are for your own account. You are responsible for ensuring that the product arrives with us, so we recommend sending by registered mail.
(We do offer a return label at a reduced rate in some countries, ask us for the possibilities)
